Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy GCheck, LLC strives to provide a seamless experience for our users. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund or cancel a service.

2. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • If a background check request cannot be completed due to a system error on our part.
  • If a duplicate payment was made in error.
  • If a service was purchased but not yet initiated.

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:

  • If the background check has been completed and delivered.
  • If the delay in processing is caused by external agencies or data sources beyond our control.
  • If the request is made beyond 30 days from the date of purchase.

3. Cancellation Policy Users may cancel a background check request before processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellation may not be possible.

4. Refund Process To request a refund, contact us at support@gcheck.com with your transaction details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account. Please reach out to our support team for resolution before filing a dispute.

6. Changes to This Policy We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of our Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
